Each person has a unique story, and you are the expert of that story. Navigating this can be challenging and to begin therapy takes tremendous courage. This is why I am here to listen to you and allow you to feel heard, seen, and be met with compassion at every step.
Whether you are experiencing grief, have experienced trauma, are struggling with overwhelming emotions, or are experiencing a major life transition, I am here to walk alongside you on your journey. I believe that therapy is most effective when it is rooted in a strong, authentic, therapeutic relationship.
My approach to therapy is client-centered and trauma-informed. This means I prioritize creating a safe, respected environment and space where you feel heard. We’ll work together to make sense of your experiences and explore tools that align with your goals and values. You taking this first step and walking through this door takes incredible courage, and I will walk with you, honoring your story and offering support. This journey is not always easy, but you do not have to do it alone.
I draw from Emotion-Focused Therapy and Narrative Therapy to help clients process their emotions and rewrite the story that they hold about themselves. My hope is to support you in finding clarity, resilience, and a renewed sense of meaning, at a pace that feels right for you!

I am a Clinical Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. I am trained in evidence-based therapies including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy), and ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention). These approaches are effective in treating trauma-related concerns, OCD, and anxiety. Many people who have faced trauma, high-stress work environments, or persistent anxiety become used to pushing through on their own. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and begin moving toward the changes you’ve been hoping for. I work with adults who are navigating the impacts of trauma, anxiety, and depression. I also have a particular interest in supporting first responders, veterans, and others who have experienced high-stress or traumatic events. I have experience working with WSIB, VAC, and Blue Cross and have experience working with multiple insurance agencies whose goal is optimizing employee well-being and performance in the workplace.
